Warzone Stat Tracking Shutdown from Activision

Updated on
SBMM Warzone

The Warzone skill base matchmaking site SBMMWarzone just received a shutdown notice from Activision. They used an API to pull player stats from every lobby.

This comes as a major blow to anyone who wanted to know the skill of their lobby. So pretty much SBMM Warzone (Skill Based Match Making Warzone), allowed you to see the caliber of players in your lobby, each and every warzone match.

This literally proved that skill based matchmaking exists in every warzone game. It also let you see who was hacking etc by their insane stats being visible to you.

Do you think this service should be shutdown or is acceptable? People like to see stats, but maybe this is too far?
