What files work?
JPG or PNG. Bigger is better — the Print Check meter under the preview tells you live if your image will print clean at your size.
My art isn't perfect — can you help?
Yes. Every pad is solo-printed by hand in our Michigan shop and we prep every file before it hits the press. Want us to build the whole design for you? Email customercare@altcustoms.com and we'll do the rest.
How long until it ships?
Your pad is printed the moment you order — nothing sits on a shelf. Build time runs 1–3 weeks, usually less.
